This beautiful, newly remodeled home, is an island oasis and is located right across the street from the open water for spectacular sunrise's, ocean views and great breezes!

The main living room features a TV, Wifi, full size Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and sliding glass door, which leads to a large enclosed porch with floor to ceiling windows to bring the outdoor in and allow water views.

The sunroom/porch is furnished with comfortable island rattan sofa and chairs, so you can relax the day away and or entertain.

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed with closet, storage and a smart TV.

Additional amenities include central AC, Ceiling Fans, 2 kayaks and 2 bikes.

The resort collects it's own $125 fee at the gate when you check in. This fee is per stay and you do not pay it again no matter how long you are renting. This is separate from the cottage rental fees and covers the resort amenities. A parking permit will be issued at the gate while you are renting the house and you can pay a nightly storage fee for boat/ trailer or extra vehicles storage in the overflow parking lot.

This unit is across the street from the ocean, with a view of the ocean. The unit is accessible by a ramp and is a prefabricated home located within the Venture Out Community. Venture Out is an ocean front boating community with other prefabricated homes as well as travel trailer lots.
